The background is a tiled version of one of my static designs for creative coding.

Hotglue.me is an interesting way of creating a website but I think it's best function is as a prototyping tool, since it does not have very good compatibility with unusual screen sizes such as when I tested it on my phone or widescreen, the layout was mostly ruined. Other than the layout it did run well.

I think a novice developer might however get lost in the interface from the sheer amount of design control they are given to make the page look however they like. It is very good for making a personal website if you have the experience but not if you are short on time.
